We all know that famous saying “One apple a day, keeps the doctor away” and that saying is completely right.
Apples are very healthy and important for us, so it doesn’t matter whether you will choose this diet or not, we still advise you to eat one apple whenever you are hungry.
The same goes with this diet, and it’s called three apples a day because you have to eat one apple before breakfast, one before lunch and of course one before dinner.
Apples are good because they are full of vitamins and can be a good replacement for sweets.

It is important for you to have at least two snacks between meals just because it will help you to speed up your metabolism.
We suggest you to consume fruit or veggies as snacks because in that way you will not consume too much calories.
This is the example of one day during this diet you can change some things, but keep in mind that those things you replace need to be replaced with something that is similar to them.
For breakfast:
One apple, omelet with low-fat cheese and one cup of oats.

Snack after breakfast:
One piece of low-fat cheese and one cup of low-fat yogurt.

For lunch:
One apple, chicken meat (you should either boil it or bake it without using too much oil), two cups of cooked broccoli and one cup of brown rice.

Snack after lunch:
You can drink either cappuccino shake or a fruit smoothie.

For dinner:
One apple, salmon and lettuce salad.
